I am excited to be the President of this proud Association. Me and the Committee endeavor to serve our members, the chefs profession, the Hong Kong Culinary industry and the WorldChefs community the best we can.

2016/17 is a celebration of our 25th Anniversary, we will make this the Year of the Chefs, and are in the process of planning a serious of activities to activate the profession and for the betterment of the Hong Kong community.
