Hong Kong Sommelier Association (Greater China) Since 1989

Formally established in 1989, the Association has contributed to the development of the profession and to overall wine and spirit landscape of Hong Kong. On the professional side, in 1998, the Association has received honourable recognition from Association de la Sommellerie International ASI, and participated in their international sommelier competitions; yearly local Sommelier Competition is organized, with the winners representing at the triennial world competition. The Association organizes professional sommelier training and accreditation program, wine tasting sessions, wine dinners and wine challenges regularly.

Hong Kong Bakery And Confectionery Association Limited

Formally established in 1987, the well-respected Association focuses on the development and technical future of the professional patisserie and bakery in Hong Kong. Their bi-monthly magazine “Today’s Baking” provides insights and industry news to audience in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and other countries.
