Mission Statement
- To develop a local Chefs Association which will gain respect and support both locally and internationally.
- Develop and further promote the interests of the profession both in Hong Kong and from an international perspective.
- Promote training and educational programs for junior members of the association.
- Advocate the development of a culinary team to represent Hong Kong in an international forum.
- Develop mutually beneficial contacts with all branches of the local and international hotel and catering industry endorsing support for the Association´s activities.
- Build an association which encourages membership and participation for colleagues from all sectors of our profession and develop camaraderie between local and expatriate chefs in Hong Kong.
